These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fitspot-eg.com and the orders you place with FIT SPOT. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

FIT SPOT is an Egypt-based reseller of authentic fitness supplements, vitamins, and healthy snacks. We source products through verified distributors and deliver across Egypt.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By checking out, you confirm that you are an adult or have the consent of a legal guardian to purchase.

3. Products & Accuracy

We do our best to display products accurately — descriptions, ingredients, sizes, flavors, and images. However:

  • Manufacturers occasionally update formulas or packaging. The most accurate information is always on the physical label.
  • Color shades may vary slightly between screens and real products.
  • If you receive a product whose label differs from what was shown online, you are entitled to a full return.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept: Visa, InstaPay, and Cash on Delivery.
  • An order is only confirmed after successful payment authorization (or COD acceptance).
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error is detected. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

  • We deliver across all Egyptian governorates.
  • Standard delivery is 3–5 business days Egypt-wide.
  • Shipping fee: EGP 100 flat, regardless of governorate.
  • Orders over EGP 5,000 ship FREE.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses; delays caused by incorrect details are not our responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full Shipping & Returns Policy covers what can be returned, how, and how refunds are processed. In short: sealed/unopened products within 7 days, refund within 3–5 business days.

7. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

Supplements sold here are dietary products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read labels carefully and consult a doctor before use if you:

  • are pregnant or nursing
  • are under 18
  • are taking prescription medication
  • have a pre-existing medical condition

Misuse of any supplement is at your own risk.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, graphics, and design on fitspot-eg.com belong to FIT SPOT and are protected by Egyptian and international copyright law. Product brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here under standard resale practice.

10. Limitation of Liability

FIT SPOT's total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from product use, misuse, or website downtime.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect business or legal changes. The current version always lives at this page with the updated date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
